前入路肝切除术的手术技巧 被引量：4

摘要 随着肝脏外科的发展以及肝癌术中无瘤技术对肝癌预后影响的认识,传统的肝切除术的不足之处正逐渐被发现,而前入路肝切除术由于更符合无瘤手术原则而受到越来越多的肝脏外科医师的重视,但在实施过程中仍有一定的技术难度和风险,主要表现在术中难以有效控制出血,我们通过采取Belghiti绕肝提拉带法结合各种肝实质离断技术实施前入路肝切除术,能有效控制术中出血,取得了一定的经验,现结合文献介绍如下.
