以劳动密集型产业为主的越商家族企业,面对转型升级和接班换代高潮,近年来纷纷走上多元化之路,由于盲目追求多元化往往使企业陷入困境。本文基于企业能力识别角度,探讨越商家族企业多元化拓展的有效路径,结合越商家族企业龙盛集团的案例分析,提出了相关建议。
