泉州民营经济“二次创业”中的金融体系支撑研究

On the Supporting of the Financial System in Quanzhou's " Second Undertaking"

泉州的民营经济"二次创业"对泉州经济的进一步发展至关重要,而其中的金融体系支撑问题将是重中之重。本文从民营经济"二次创业"入手,探讨了泉州金融体系对"二次创业"的支撑问题,从一个侧面论述了泉州金融的发展与实体经济的关系问题。并着重分析了泉州金融存在的问题,及对这些问题的解决,以此来探讨泉州民营经济"二次创业"中,金融应如何提升,来适应民营经济"二次创业"的需求。

Quanzhou＇s ＂second undertaking＂ is vital to the further development of Quanzhou＇s economy, so priority should be paid to the financial supporting system. Starting from the ＂ second undertaking＂ of private economy, the present paper first discusses the problem regarding the ＂ second undertaking＂ in Quanzhou＇s financial supporting system, which reflects the relationship between Quanzhou＇s financial development and its real economy. It then analyzes the existing problems in Quanzhou＇s finance and their respective solutions with a view to exploring the way to improve the financial system to meet the needs of the ＂ second undertaking＂ of private economy.
