The historical and cuhural resources, an important form of cultural resources, have been capturing much attention from all levels of government which have spared no effort to protect them. The development of historical and cultural resources, driven by the internal demand of the transformation and upgrading of the cultural industry, is a crucial and useful supplement and enrichment, a powerful gripper and an effective way to the transformation and upgrading of the cultural industry.
