3种漂盘培育的烟苗在“膜下烟”生产中的应用研究

摘要 为了进一步提高烟苗整体素质,培育出适合"膜下烟"茎高、叶数、茎围等特定要求的烟苗,高密市对3种不同规格漂浮育苗盘培育烟苗进行了对比试验。结果表明:使用360穴苗盘培育的烟苗整个生育期缩短21 d,同时还具有提高大棚利用率、出苗率高、节省育苗基质、减少用工等优势;移栽大田后,具有成活率高、烟株有效叶数增加、病毒病发病率降低、大田生育期缩短、烟叶产量和产值提高等优点,在"膜下烟"生产中最具有推广价值。 In order to improve the quality of young tobacco seedlings transplanted under film,we used 3 kinds of floating trays to cultivate tobacco seedlings and transplanted them ,the results showed that young seedlings cultivated by floating trays with 360 holes ,growth period shorted by 21 days, and had advantages of improving the utilization of greenhouse,higher emergence percentage,reducing seeding medium and labor;and after transplanting under film,young seedlings cultivated by floating trays with 360 holes showed the advantages of higher survival rate,more effective leaves, lower virus disease rate, shorter growth period and better tobacco leaf yield and quality, which had very important value of popularization.
