摘要
为了明确二氯喹啉酸降解菌J3对茄科作物二氯喹啉酸药害的修复作用,在湖南农业大学教学实习基地进行了田间试验。结果表明:经降解菌J3处理后,茄子的叶长、叶宽、株高分别恢复到了空白对照的93.98%、91.88%、95.55%,而药害对照组茄子的叶长、叶宽、株高仅为空白对照的55.23%、49.71%、75.76%;降解菌处理后,烟草的叶长、叶宽及株高分别恢复到了空白对照组的90.95%、92.37%、91.91%,而药害对照组烟草的叶长、叶宽及株高仅为空白对照组72.81%、37.55%、68.45%。由此表明,二氯喹啉酸降解菌J3对茄科作物茄子、烟草的药害可以起到良好的修复效果,可以广泛用于田间作物二氯喹啉酸药害的生物修复。
Field experiment was conducted in order to test remediation effect of quinclorae degrading bacteria J3 on quinelorac phytotoxicity to Solanaceae crops.The results showed that with application of strain J3 ,leaf length ,leaf width and plant height of eggplant were recovered to 93.98%, 91.88%, 95.55% of CK, while that of control were only 55.23%, 49.71%, 75.76% of CK ; with application of strain J3,1eaf length,leaf width and plant height of tobacco were recovered to 90.95% ,92.37% and 91191% of healthy tobacco,while that of control were only 72.81% ,37.55% ,68.45% of healthy tobacco.It's indicated that J3 could effectively alleviate quinclorac phytotoxicity of Solanaceae crops,and it could be widely used for bioremediation of quinelorac phytotoxicity.
