摘要
农村饮水安全工程是一项政府投资的民生工程,在投资概算的编制中由于本行业定额的缺项需要借用其他行业的定额来作为补充进行概算编制,该文探讨了借用其他行业定额进行农村饮水概算编制中遇到的问题和解决方法。
Rural drinking water safety is a government investment in livelihood projects.In the preparation of the investment budget for the industry, due to the lack of the industry quota, we need to borrow a fixed quota of other industries to carry out the proposed budget as a supplement to the preparation.This paper discussed the problems and methods to solve in the borrowing of fixed budget of other industries for the preparation of the case of rural drinking water.
