摘要
进行Rapid Chek SELECET方法和GB/T13091—2002方法检测饲料中沙门氏菌的效果研究,结果表明:相同的样品采用2种方法检测出的结果完全相同,且Rapid Chek SELECT检测时间比GB/T13091—2002检测时间少。
The effects of using RapidChek SELECET＇and-GB-method to detect salmonella in fodder were done,the results showed that,the detected results were exactly the same with the same samples by 2 methods, and the detection time of RapidChek SELECT was less than that of GB/ T13091-2002.
