百色市马传染性贫血的综合防制

The comprehensive prevention of equine infectious anemia in Baise city

摘要 为有效防控马传染性贫血发生及流行,百色市采用琼脂凝胶免疫扩散试验(AGID)、斑点单抗ELISA(DB)、免疫试纸快速检测法(ICLF)等血清学检测方法,检测马属动物血清样品9950份,检出阳性2份,阳性率0.02%,对检出阳性的2匹马进行扑杀并作无害化处理。加强开展流行病学调查、检疫、防疫监督、消毒及驱灭吸血昆虫等防制措施,马传染性贫血防治工作达到了消灭标准。文章分析认为,采取综合防制措施是消灭马传染性贫血的成功经验。 In order to effectively prevent and control the prevalence of equine infectious anemia in Baise city, AGAR gel immunodiffusion (AGID) test, spotted an ELISA (DB), and immune strip rapid test (ICLF) were used to detect 9950 serum samples of equus . Two serum samples were detected positive, and the positive rate was 0.02%. The two positive horses were culled and harmless treated. The prevention and control of equine infectious anemia in Baise have reached standard by strengthening proper measures such as epidemiological investigation, inspection and quarantine, epidemic prevention supervision, disinfection,to drive out the blood-sucking insects, and so on. Analysis suggests that the successful experience to eliminate the equine infectious anemia is to take comprehensive prevention measures.
