产业技术创新联盟知识共享规则设计研究:程序规划与制度构建

Study of Rule Design of Knowledge Sharing Industrial Technology Innovation Alliance: Programme Planning and Institution Construction

知识是产业技术创新联盟的最重要资源之一,而如何做好联盟内外的知识共享工作也成为实现技术创新的基础与保障。基于对现有研究的理论整合,从程序规划与制度构建两方面着手,揭示了产业技术创新联盟知识的共享规则。研究发现:知识共享的逻辑流程设计是程序规划的基础;程序规划模式的形成需综合考虑知识共享不同步骤的特性;知识共享的制度构建应涵盖正式制度和非正式制度两方面内容。

Knowledge is one of the most important resources in industrial technology iinnovation alliance, and knowledge sharing has become the basis and guarantee of technological innovation.Based on the existing theory, this paper reveals the knowledge sharing rules of industry technology innovation alliance from the programme planning and institution contruction. The study found： logic design process of knowledge sharing is the basis of program planning; building the process planning model needs to consider the characteristics of knowledge sharing in the different step; institution construction of knowledge sharing should include the formal institution and informal institution.
