摘要
本文从数字参考咨询服务入手,分析高校图书馆数字参考咨询服务模式存在的不足,指出智能手机在高校图书馆参考咨询服务模式中的服务优势,提出智能手机在高校图书馆参考咨询服务模式中的构成要素。在现有服务平台建设的基础上,构建高校图书馆参考咨询服务的新模式,更好地为读者提供个性化服务。
This article starts from the digital reference services, analyzes the deficiencies of University Li- brary Digital Reference Service, points out smartphones University Library Reference Service of service advantages, and makes the smart phone in college library reference service mode constituent elements. On the basis of the existing service platform, to build a new model of university library reference service, to better provide personalized service to readers.
