Information Mechanism and Risk Prevention of Mixed-ownership Enterprises

如何规避风险使发展混合所有制企业步入良性循环轨道,是理论工作者和实际工作者面对的重大课题。本文从发展混合所有制企业抗风险过程中的信息作用机制着手,综合信息不对称理论和信息加工理论,分析造成发展混合所有制企业过程中国有资产流失、企业自有品牌丢失、公司控制权丧失等问题的深层次原因,基于对风险信息作用影响因素研究提出了发展混合所有制企业的风险防范与应对措施。

How to avoid the risks of developing mixed-ownership enterprises and to put them on the right track is a major issue both theoretically and practically. From the perspective of information asymmetry, this paper analyzed systematically the risks of introducing non-public capital ownership in the early, mid- dle and late stages of the development of the mixed-ownership economy, and provided advice on the pre- cautions and the measures to be taken to reduce these risks.
