校际交流与合作是国际化、创新型人才培养的良好途径,通过实行多层次多渠道校际交流,推进校际交流工作制度化、规范化、常态化,实施全方位开放发展战略,提高学生综合素质,实现"互惠双赢"的长效资源共享。
Intercollegiate exchange and cooperation is good ways to cultivate Internationalization and creative talents. To implement various channels in intercollegiate exchange, promote intercollegiate exchange work institutionalized, standardization and normalization, and implement omni-directional open development strategy, so that we could improve the students＇ comprehensive quality, and share high quality teaching resources long lasting.
