Reflection and Exploration on Cultivation of Cross-specialty Postgraduates about Clinical Medicine Specialty Degree

临床医学专业学位跨专业硕士研究生包括临床医学相关专业如影像医学以及其他医学类专业包括中医类、护理类、口腔类本科和专科毕业生,针对该部分学生临床医学理论基础和临床实践动手能力相对较弱的特点,通过建立基于实践能力考核的招生体系、分类制定培养方案、建构临床轮转实习、协同带教以及科学规范考核体系,以保证这些硕士研究生的培养质量。

The cross-specialty postgraduates of clinical medicine specialty degree include undergraduate and specialized graduates whose specialties are clinical medicine related specialties such as medical imaging as well as other medical specialties such as traditional medicine, nursing, and stomatology. Due to the characteristics which are parts of the students whose theoretical basis of clinical medicine and clinical practice ability is relatively weak , through establishing enrollment systems based on the practice ability assessment, classifying the cultivation plans, constructing the clinical rotation internship, collaborating the teaching and scientifically standardizing the assessment systems, the cultivation quality is ensured.
