摘要
客观结构化临床考试(OSCE)是一种临床能力客观评价的方法,在医务人员临床理论与技能操作水平评估方面能够发挥重要的作用。哈医大一院内科学教研室充分利用学院的临床技能中心,在专业学位研究生临床轮转阶段的出科考试中采取OSCE方式考核,通过多媒体技术、标准化病人、多功能模拟人等多种手段检验研究生在各三级学科实习期间的学习效果,客观、科学地评价其综合素质。
Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) is a popular and objective evaluation method of clinical ability in recent years. It can play an important role in the evaluation of clinical theory and skills of the medical staff. Teaching Section of Internal Medicine of the First Clinical College of Harbin Medical University make full use of clinical skill center, OSCE was used in clinical rotation phase of the examination for the professional postgraduates. By multimedia technology, standardized patient, multi-functional teaching model and other means, the study effects of the postgraduates during the internship in all the departments were evaluated objectively and scientifically.
