某医科大学临床学院制教学中学生管理的现状及分析

Status and Assessment on Students' Management of Clinical College System in a Medical University

目的了解某医科大学临床学院制教学中学生管理工作现状。方法通过自填式匿名问卷收集资料,调查对象来源于该校参加过临床教学基地学习的所有在校学生;采用构成比描述制度落实情况,运用卡方检验进行统计推断。结果 1共调查295名学生,其中男生152名(51.5%),女生143名(48.5%),学生临床理论课考试成绩全部及格,对临床学院制教学模式感到满意的有272人(92.2%);2比较三年的制度落实情况,其中有5项制度,在三年间的落实覆盖率存在统计学差异;3整体比较三年的制度落实覆盖率和学生对制度开展的期望,有7项制度在三年内的落实覆盖率没有达到学生的期望,仅有1项制度的落实覆盖率高于学生期望。结论目前该校各临床教学基地的学生管理制度基本健全,但是需要加强制度落实,建议将学生对制度落实情况的评价纳入教学质量评估体系。

Objectivelt is in order to know the current management situation of clinical college system in a medical university. Methods To collect data through questionnaire, all of the students coming from clinical teaching base in this university; to describe the system implementation by percentage; to make statistical inference by chi-square test. Results The sample size was 295,152 out of which were male students （51.5%） and the others were female students （48. 5%）. All of them passed the theory exam, and 272 （92. 2%）out of them were satisfied with the clinical college system; Comparing the system implementation in the three years, there were significant differences among five systems; Comparing the system implementation and the students＇ expectation for carrying out systems in the three years, there were seven systems below the expectations of students, and only one system exceeded the expectations. Conclusion The management measures of clinical college system in this school had been constructed; however, it was needful to strengthen the implementation. The evaluation from students about system implementation could be included into the evaluation system of teaching quality.
