医学本科生临床实习、考研、就业情况的调查分析

Analysis on Current Situation of Clinical Practice,Entrance Examination for Admission to Postgraduate and Employment of Medical Students in Medical Practice

目的调查分析实习阶段医学生的实习、考研和就业现状,指导实习教学管理。方法随机抽取临床实习生92名,自制调查问卷以了解其实习、考研和就业情况。结果考研人数占调查人数的73.3%,就业困难是考研的主要动机;大部分医学生就业倾向于城市和三级医院,72.1%的医学生不愿意去乡镇,重点医学院校与普通医学院校的医学生在选择就业地点上有差异(P<0.05);只有37.2%的实习生认为自己能取得病人的信任,52.4%的医学生认为自己能协调好实习与考研、就业的矛盾,90.5%的医学生会舍弃实习来考研或就业。结论研究结果提示应重视学生人文素养的培育,鼓励考研并保证实习质量。

Objective Analysis on current situation of postgraduate and employment of medical students practice, entrance examination for admission to in medical practice, aims to guide the practice teaching management. Methods Randomly selected 92 clinical interns, homemade questionnaires about their practice and postgraduate entrance examination and employment. Results 73.3% medical students want to get admission to postgraduate, and employment difficulty is its major motive. Most medical students tend to get a job in cities and tertiary hospitals, 72. 1% of medical students don＇t want to go to the villages and towns, but medical students between the key university and the ordinary university in choosing a working place have difference （P〈0. 05）. Only 37. 2% of the medical students thinks they can win the trust of patients, 52.4% of medical students think they can coordinate with the contradiction among practic% entrance examination for admission to postgraduate and employment, 90. 5 afro of medical students want to get admission to postgraduate or get a job instead of practice. Conclusion The research results suggest paying attention to the cultivation of students＇ humanities accomplishment, and encouraging entrance examination for admission to postgraduate and ensuring the quality of practice.
