基于微信构建心血管内科教学管理平台的可行性探讨 被引量:32

摘要 临床实习是医学生成为真正医生之前的一个重要实践学习阶段,而医疗环境的现状和不良的医患关系使得实习医生的临床实践机会明显减少。作者及所在团队尝试把智能手机及其配套的微信软件应用于临床技能教学实践中,这不仅迎合了实习医生的日常习惯,也在一定程度上拓展了教学资源,可以实现优秀教学资源交互与共享;突破了传统教学模式时间与空间的限制,提高了临床实习的教学效果。 Clinical practice of medical students has become an important stage before residence. However, the current situation of medical environment and the deterioration of physician-patient relationship reduce the opportunity of clinical practice for medical student. The authors try to apply the intelligent mobile phone and the WeChat software in clinical skills teaching practice. This strategy which not only cater to the internship daily habits, but also expand teaching resources to a certain extent, can realize the interaction and sharing of outstanding teaching resources. The WeChat platform can break through the traditional mode of teaching time and space constraints, and improve the teaching effect of clinical practice.
