摘要
室间隔缺损是最常见的先天性心脏病,其介入治疗的发展从早期的Rashkind封堵器到目前广泛使用的国产封堵器,封堵器的不断完善,使得介入封堵术后并发症也逐渐减少。随着新型封堵器的不断研发和使用,现对各种类型封堵器的特征及其临床应用做一综述。
The ventricular septal defect（ VSD） is the most common congenital heart disease.The development of interventional thera-py for VSDs starts with use of the Rashkind device and progresses to the domestic occluders, which are widely used in China.The improve-ments made in occluders has decreased postoperative complications.This review evaluates the clinical application of various types of occlud-ers.
