摘要
心房颤动是临床上最常见的心律失常,有较高的发病率及病死率,严重威胁人类健康。国内外研究表明,Kv1.5钾通道在人类心房肌细胞特异性表达,是心房肌细胞超速延迟整流钾电流的分子基础,此电流在心房复极过程中发挥重要作用,是心房颤动药物治疗的重要靶点。现对Kv1.5在心房颤动中的作用研究进展进行阐述。
Atrial fibrillation is the most common arrhythmia in clinical practice, with a high incidence of morbidity and mortality.Re-search has shown that the Kv1.5 potassium channel is selectively expressed in human atrial myocytes where it mediates the ultra-rapid de-layed rectifier potassium current ( IKur ) that contributes to atrial repolarization.Its role makes it a potential target for drug therapy.This arti-cle reviews the effect of Kv1.5 on atrial fibrillation.
