摘要
目的调查部队官兵住院疾病谱构成,科学地制定预防措施,为促进部队健康,充分利用卫生资源提供依据。方法采取回顾性分析、问卷调查及病因预防、临床预防等研究,采用参数检验与非参数检验方法进行统计学分析。结果了解部队官兵住院疾病谱的特征,制定有效预防疾病的保健措施。结论明确部队官兵住院疾病谱构成,科学制定有效的预防措施,可以为完善部队医疗保障制度提供参考。
Objective To investigate the disease spectrum constitution of army officers and soldiers and scientifically make preventive measures so as to provide the basis for promoting army health and make good use of health resources.Methods Retrospective analysis,questionnaire survey,causal prophylaxis,clinical prevention were adopted for study and parametric test and non-parametric test were adopted for statistical analysis. Results The characteristics of disease spectrum among army officers and soldiers were studied and health protection measures were formulated to effectively prevent diseases. Conclusion To specify the disease spectrum constitution of army officers and soldiers and scientifically make preventive measures can provide reference for the improvement of army medical insurance system.
