摘要
目的了解氡致BEAS-2B细胞早期恶性转化的特征。方法通过细胞气体染毒装置,将永生化的人支气管上皮细胞(BEAS-2B)暴露于放射性气体氡,通过测定经氡照射后细胞周期、凋亡率、线粒体膜电位,判断照射后BEAS-2B细胞是否存在早期恶性转化趋势。结果染氡后细胞G1期缩短,S期延长,染氡细胞传代后晚期代数细胞凋亡率相比早期代数细胞降低,线粒体膜电位降低。结论短期染氡后,细胞周期等指标发生变化,出现恶性转化趋势。
Objective To study early stage malignant transformation characteristics of BEAS-2B cell upon radon exposure. Methods Immortalized human bronchial epithelial cell line (BEAS-2B)was exposed to radioactive gas radon by cell gas expo-sure device.Early stage malignant transformation trend of BEAS-2B cells was evaluated based on analysis of cell cycle,apopto-sis rate and mitochondrial membrane potential.Results Upon exposure of radon,G1 stage of BEAS-2B cells shortened,while S stage extended;apoptosis rate of later stage cells was lower than that of early stage cells after cell passage;mitochondrial membrane potential decreased.Conclusion Upon short exposure to radon,series changes were observed on indices such as cell cycle and etc,demonstrating malignant transformation trend.
