腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗结直肠癌术后肠梗阻的对比研究

The Comparative Study of Postoperative lleus after Treatment on Colorectal Cancer by Laparoscopic Surgery versus Open Surgery

目的对比腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗结直肠癌术后肠梗阻的疗效。方法选取2011年6月-2012年6月收治的结直肠癌患者110例,将其随机分为治疗组和对照组各55例,对照组采用开腹手术,治疗组采用腹腔镜下结直肠癌手术,对两组患者术后的住院时间、肛门排气时间、肠梗阻的发生率进行观察和比较。结果治疗组直肠癌手术、右半结肠癌根治术、左半结肠癌根治术后的住院时间和肛门排气时间均小于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组术后肠梗阻的发生率为3.64%,明显优于对照组的10.91%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相比开腹手术,腹腔镜下结直肠癌手术治疗结直肠癌术后肠梗阻的发生率较小。

Objective To study the effect of the postoperative ileus of laparoscopic surgery versus opensurgeryforcolorectalcancer.Methods 110patientswithcolorectalcancerwhoreceivedtreat-ments in our hospital from June , 2011 to June, 2012 were selected as the research objects and were ran-domly divided into the treatment group and the control group , each with 55 patients.Patients in the con-trol group were treated with conventional open surgery while the ones in the treatment group were treated with laparoscopic surgery .The duration of hospital stay , postoperative anal exhaust time , the incidence of postoperative ileus of the two groups were observed and compared .Results The postoperative anal ex-haust time and the duration of hospital stay of the patients after radical resection of rectal cancer , right colon and left colon of the treatment group were all less than those of the control group （ P〈0 .05 ） .The incidence rate of postoperative ileus of the treatment group was 3.64%, which is significantly better than 10 .91%of the control group and the difference had statistical significance （ P〈0 .05 ） .Conclusion Compared with open surgery , the incidence rate of postoperative ileus after treatment on colorectal cancer by laparoscopic surgery is lower .
