消化道肿瘤合并肠梗阻患者采用程序化护理效果观察

Effect Observation on Application of Procedural Nursing on Patients with Gastrointestinal Tumor Complicated with Intestinal Obstruction

目的探讨消化道肿瘤合并肠梗阻患者实施程序化护理的主要疗效。方法随机选择2011年11月-2013年11月接受常规保守治疗的96例消化道肿瘤合并肠梗阻患者作为研究对象,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析,将所有患者分为实验组(48例)和对照组(48例),给予对照组临床常规护理,给予实验组临床常规护理加程序化护理,对照分析2组的护理效果。结果实验组肠梗阻缓解有效率和患者满足度均优于对照组,2组护理效果对比差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论程序化护理在消化道肿瘤合并肠梗阻患者中应用能够取得较显著的护理效果,患者满意度更高,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the main effect of applying procedural nursing on patients with gastrointestinal tumor complicated with intestinal obstruction .Methods Patients of 96 cases were ran-domly selected who received conventional treatment of gastrointestinal tumor complicated with intestinal obstruction from 2011 November to 2013 November in our hospital as the objects of study .The clinical data of all patients were analyzed retrospectively and all patients were divided into the experimental group （48 cases） and control group （48 cases）, in which the control group received routine nursing while the study group was given clinical routine nursing plus procedural nursing .The nursing effects of the two groups were analyzed .Results Compared with the control group , the relieving efficiency of intestinal ob-struction and the patient satisfaction of the experimental group were better , difference of the nursing effects between the two group was significant （ P 〈0 .05 ） and had statistical significance .Conclusion The application of procedural nursing in patients with gastrointestinal tumor complicated with intestinal obstruction can obtain significant nursing efficacy , a higher degree of patient satisfaction , and is therefore worthy of promotion .
