Problems and Coping Strategy of Cultivation of Application-Oriented Talents of New Undergraduate Medical Schools

新建医学本科院校人才培养目标不明确、师资队伍结构不合理、教学观念落后、办学条件无法满足应用型人才培养的需要。只有更新教育理念,构建以专业建设为基础、以能力培养为中心的课程体系,创新教学方法和评价标准,加强双师型教师队伍和实训基地建设才能提高医学生的应用能力。

Objective The target of talents cultivation of new undergraduate medical schools is not clear , the structure of the teaching staff is unreasonable, the teaching concepts fall behind and the teach-ing condition cannot meet the needs of cultivating application-oriented talents .The application abilities of medical students can only be improved by updating the teaching concepts , constructing the course system which bases on specialty construction and focuses on ability cultivation , making innovation on teaching methods and evaluation standard , reinforcing the double-qualified teaching staff and construction of train-ing base .
