摘要
目的制备用于能力验证活动的化妆品微生物检验样品并对其进行性能测试。方法用介质溶液分别配制含金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌、金黄色葡萄球菌+铜绿假单胞菌的菌悬液,分装、冷冻、干燥、抽真空封口制成能力验证样品,按同样方法将不添加细菌的介质溶液制成空白样品。对所制备的样品进行性能(一致性和稳定性)测试。结果制备的5种样品的一致性和稳定性均符合能力验证样品的要求。结论按照现有条件及技术制备的化妆品微生物检验样品,一致性和稳定性均较好,能够在贮藏、运输过程中保持良好的性能。但5种样品的稳定性有一定差异,同种样品在不同温度条件下的稳定性也不完全一致,在开展能力验证活动时应按其特性使用。
Objective The preparation technology of the proficiency testing sample for microorganism detection in cosmetics was tested. Methods The strains, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus epidermidis and the mixture of Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa, were mixed with the medium. Then the bacterial suspension was dis- pensed, frozen, dried and sealed. According to the same way, the blank sample was prepared using the medium without any strain. The samples were studied on the properties of the uniformity and stability. Results The uniformity and stability of the 5 prepared samples were found to meet the need. Conclusion According to the cosmetic micro saples prepared with present con- dition and technology, the sample' s uniformity and stability were good. And the properties can be kept during the storing and transporting. But the stability among the 5 samples was different, and that in different temperatures were also not the same, so it should be paid attention to during the proficiency testing.
