摘要
目的制定0岁~12岁健康儿童全血钙、锌、铁3种元素的参考范围。方法选取2012年7月-2013年12月在河南省妇幼保健院进行体检的0岁~12岁健康儿童4 966名,采集末梢血,使用原子吸收分光光度计测定全血中钙、锌、铁3种元素的含量。结果血钙水平与年龄呈负相关(P〈0.01);血锌、血铁水平与年龄呈正相关(P〈0.01);根据儿童不同的生长发育阶段,将样本分为婴儿期(〈1岁)、幼儿期(1岁~3岁)、学龄前期(4岁~7岁)、学龄期(8岁~12岁)4组。不同年龄组比较,血锌、血钙、血铁水平在各年龄组间差异有统计学意义。根据以上统计结果,建立0岁~12岁健康儿童3种元素的参考范围。结论年龄段不同,儿童钙、锌、铁元素的水平也不同,摄入量也不同。临床医师应根据不同年龄段选择不同的参考区间。
Objective To investigate the reference ranges of calcium, zinc and iron in blood of healthy children below 12 years old. Methods 4 966 peripheral blood samples were taken from the children who went to Henan maternity and child care cen- ters and took health examination from July 2012 to December 2013. Based on the method of atomic absorption spectrometry,the levels of calcium, zinc and iron in blood were tested. Results The levels of calcium had negative correlation with ages. While the levels of zinc and iron had positive conelations with ages. According to the developmental stage of child, the samples were divided into infancy group ( 〈 1 years old), toddler period group( 1 -3 years old), preschool period group(4 -7 years old) and in school period group(8 - 12 years old). The level of three elements were different among four groups. Base on these re- sults, we established the reference ranges of the three elements in blood of healthy children age 12 or younger. Conclusion The content and intake of the three element are different among different ages. Doctors should choose different reference ranges according ages.
