摘要
目的探索精浆锌、酸性磷酸酶、柠檬酸、果糖、α-葡萄糖苷酶在诊断精索静脉曲张中的临床意义。方法收集本院泌尿生殖科就诊的89份精索静脉曲张(VC)患者精浆锌、酸性磷酸酶、柠檬酸、果糖、α-葡萄糖苷酶的检测结果,同时以20份正常生育史的已婚男性作为对照组。结果VC组精浆生化分析结果中,果糖(28.43 mmol/L±5.05 mmol/L)、酸性磷酸酶(77.69 U/L±10.87 U/L)、柠檬酸(20.55 mmol/L±3.68 mmol/L)的浓度与对照组的果糖(28.43 mmol/L±6.23 mmol/L)、酸性磷酸酶(133.34 U/L±41.24 U/L)、柠檬酸(21.27 mmol/L±2.84 mmol/L)的浓度相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而VC组精浆锌(1 519.2μmol/L±201.47μmol/L)、α-葡萄糖苷酶(51.49 U/ml±10.63 U/ml)的浓度明显低于对照组精浆锌(2 356.6μmol/L±259.34μmol/L)、α-葡萄糖苷酶(58.31 U/ml±4.40 U/ml)的浓度,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精索静脉曲张是影响精浆锌和α-葡萄糖苷酶浓度改变的一个重要原因,精浆生化检测为诊断VC提供了简单快速的方法。本研究为及时有效地治疗男性不育症提供了有力的临床实验基础。
Objective To explore clinical significance of the seminal plasma zinc, acid phosphatase, citric acid, fructose, al- pha glycosidase in the diagnosis of varicocele (VC). Methods Collect the hospital uropoiesis reproductive clinic of 89 varico- cele (VC) in patients with seminal plasma zinc, acid phosphatase, citric acid, fructose, alpha glycosidase test results At the same time select 20 normal reproductie history of married men as control group. Results VC group in the seminal plasma biochemical analysis results, fructose (28.43 mmol/L ± 5.05 mmol/L), citric acid (77.69 U/L± 10.87 U/L), acid phosphatase (20.55 mmol/L ±3.68 mmol/L) fructose concentration compared to control group of fructose (28.43 mmol/L ± 6.23 mmol/L), citric acid (133.34 U/L±41.24 U/L) , acid phosphatase (21.27 mmol/L ± 2.84 mmol/L) , there was no statistically signifi- cant difference (P 〉 0.05 ). And VC group of seminal plasma zinc ( 1 519.2 μmol/L ±201.47μmol/L), alpha glycosidase (51.49 U/ml±10.63 U/ml) concentration significantly lower than control group in seminal plasma zinc (2 356.6 μmol/L±259.34 μmol/L), alpha glycosidase (58.31 U/ml ± 4.40 U/ml), and the differences had statistical significance (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Varieocele is an important reason of the change of the concentration of glycosidase and seminal plasma zinc and alpha. Seminal plasma biochemical tests provides a simple and rapid method for diagnosis of VC which provides timely and effective in the treatment of male infertility with powerful clinical experimental basis
