摘要
目的了解宁波市鄞州区规范化预防接种门诊消毒设备配备与微生物污染状况,促进院内感染的有效预防和控制。方法对辖区24家儿童预防接种门诊开展消毒设施调查,环境与手卫生微生物监测。结果环境卫生消毒设备的配备率为100%,医务人员手卫生、儿童及家长手卫生的消毒物品配备率依次为87.5%和75.00%。共采样449份,合格率为39.87%。室内空气、物体表面的合格率依次为18.60%和67.03%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。三星级和五星级规范化接种门诊室内空气的合格率依次为34.62%、11.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。医务人员手、家长手、儿童手的合格率依次为56.00%、16.00%、6.17%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论接种门诊的消毒设备配备齐全,但室内环境污染较严重。建议提高接种门诊院内感染的防控意识,落实各项防控措施;将消毒要求纳入《浙江省规范化预防接种门诊评审方案》;加强人员消毒知识的培训,倡导手卫生。
Objective To understand disinfection equipment and microbial contamination status of standardized vaccination clinics in Yinzhou district of Ningbo city, promote prevention and control of nosocomial infection, nehtods 24 standardized vaccination clinics were involved for disinfection equipment investigating and environment&hand hygiene microbiological monito- ring. Results 100% vaccination clinics provided environmental sanitation and disinfection equipments. The rate of hand hy- giene articles equipped with for medical personnel, children and parents to use were 87.5% and 75.00%. Sampling 449 sam- ples with a pass rate of 39.87%. The qualified rates of indoor air, object surface were 18.60% and 67.03% , with a statistical- ly significant difference (P 〈 0.01 ). The qualified rates of indoor air in three - star and five - star standardized vaccination clin- ics were 34.62% and 11.67% with a statistically significant difference(P 〈0.05). The qualified rates of medical personnel's hands, children's hands, parents' s hands were 56.00% , 16.00% , 6. 17% , respectively, with a statistically significant difference(P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The disinfection equipments of standardized vaccination clinics were equipped well. The indoor environment was polluted seriously. It is suggested to improve the awareness of prevention and control of nosocomial infection in vaccination clinics ; implement various measures of prevention and control should be implemented, the disinfection requirements should be brought into "The standardized vaccination clinic review programme of Zhejiang province", strengthen disinfection training Of personnels should be strengthened and advocates practice good hand hygiene.
