河北省2011年人群麻疹免疫水平研究

Study on measles antibody level for the measles Ig G of population in Hebei province in 2011

目的通过监测河北省健康人群的麻疹Ig G抗体水平,了解人群的免疫水平和状况,为河北省制定消除麻疹的策略和措施提供科学依据。方法依照分层随机抽样的方法抽取健康人群血液,用酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）对健康人群的麻疹Ig G抗体水平进行检测。结果不同年龄组检测的556份血清标本中,515份麻疹Ig G抗体阳性,总阳性率为92.63%,波动为78.26%～100.00%;麻疹Ig G抗体几何平均滴度（GMT）分布为464.95～2 119.62,平均为1 050.69。不同地区人群麻疹Ig G抗体阳性率分布为82.50%～100.00%,麻疹Ig G抗体GMT分布为655.03～1 647.75。结论河北省健康人群血清中的麻疹Ig G抗体处于较高水平,对麻疹的发生和感染具有较好的免疫力。

Objective Through monitoring the measles IgG antibody levels in healthy population in Hebei province, under- standing the immune levels and status of the population, to provide scientific basis for measles elimination strategies and meas- ures for Hebei province. Methods Monitoring people＇ s antibody levels ： Healthy people were selected with stratified random sampling method, and their venous blood or ear blood was collected to detect the measles IgG by ELISA （ enzyme - linked im- munosorbent assay）. Results In the detection of different age groups of 556 serum specimens, 515 measles IgG antibody was positive, and the total positive rate was 92.63% , fluctuating between 78.26% - 100.00%. The geometric average drop degree （GMT） of Measles IgG antibody was between 464.95 - 2 119.62, with an average of 1 050.69. The positive rate of the measles IgG antibody accounted for 82.50% - 100.00%. The GMT of Measles IgG antibody was between 655.03 - 1 647.75. Conclusion There was relatively high level of measles antibody in Hebei province. There are good immunity to measles epidemic.
