我国省域职业教育经费保障竞争力比较分析

A comparative study of the financial competitiveness on vocational education by provinces

基于统计数据,对"十一五"期间省域职业教育经费保障竞争力进行统计、排名和分级,并对相关结果和影响因素进行分析。发现全国职业教育经费保障竞争力平均水平稳中有进,经费绝对值普遍提高;西部地区、民族地区省域职业教育经费保障竞争力优势显著,各省职业教育经费保障竞争力地区差异逐步减小;高职生均经费是影响即年省域职业教育经费保障竞争力的主要原因,地方经济发展是影响跨年省域职业教育经费保障竞争力的主要原因。

Based upon statistics, this paper studies the financial competitiveness on vocational education by provinces during the eleventh five--year plan by grading and comparing. Result shows that the financial budget on vocational education steadily increases, in particular, in the western or ethnic minority regions. The competitiveness of regional financing decreases annually. Average financing on a senior high school student affects the financial competitiveness of a province on vocational education, while regional economic development plays a significant role in strengthening the competitiveness.
