非那沙星的合成工艺研究

摘要 非那沙星为2014年12月17日美国食品药品监督管理局(FDA)批准上市的用于治疗急性外耳道炎(又被称为游泳者耳)的第四代喹诺酮类抗菌药。非那沙星为一种新型强效抗生素,不同于现有的抗生素,非那沙星在酸性条件具有独特的抗菌活性,为优先审评新实体药物,具有广阔的市场前景。本文主要介绍非那沙星盐酸盐的合成方法。 A fourth generation quinolone antibacterial drug,finafloxacin,is approved by FDA for the treatment of acute otitis externa( The swimmer's ear). Unlike existing antibiotics ,finafloxacin, a novel highly potent antibiotic, demonstrates a unique acid activated activity whereby it becomes increasingly active under acidic conditions. Finafloxacin is qualified priority review new entity drugs with a broad market prospect. This paper mainly introduces the synthesis methods of finafloxacin hydrochloride.
