摘要
为有效利用氰乙酸副产盐,实现资源化利用,采用水洗法对氰乙酸副产盐进行研究。分别从时间、温度、水量、pH值、洗涤次数等方面进行处理研究。结果表明,在m(盐):m(水)=2:1,pH值6-8,常温水洗二次(1h/次)条件下,无机铵、总铵、TOC分别可以降到3mg/L、10mg/L、20mg/L以下,达到氯碱行业使用标准。
For achieving resource utilization and make the best use of the by - product salt of cyanoacetic , we wash the by - product salt of cyanoacetic acid. We study it from different aspects, including time, temperature, the amount of water, Potential of hydrogen, the times of washing. The results showed that the m (salt) : m(water) = 2:1, Potential of Hydrogen6- 8, washing twice (one hour each time) under the normal atmospheric temperature is the best condition of washing which can meet the standard of chlor alkali industry, more specifically, the content of inorganic ammonium can reduce to below 3mg/L, the content of total ammonium can be below 10mg/L,Total organic carbon can be below 20mg/L.
