摘要 沙地柏扦插能否成活的关键是插穗能否生根,以伊金霍洛旗台格庙苗圃扦插试验实测数据为依据研究了基质、温度、湿度对沙地柏扦插生根发芽的影响,结果表明:珍77珠岩+蛭石基质、蛭石+粗沙基质有利于沙地柏插穗的根系发育,其次是珍珠岩+蛭石+粗沙基质;在一定范围内,温、湿度与插穗愈合组织形成时间和发芽时间呈负相关关系,与根系发育状况呈正相关关系。在对沙地柏生根影响的各项指标中,温湿度的控制和调节是关键因素,在沙地柏扦插繁育过程中,创造适宜的温湿度条件是至关重要的。 The key to survival of Sabina vulgaris cutting is rooting. We studied the suitable rooting conditions of Sabina vulgaris from the different matrix and different environmental factors. The results showed that the matrixes of perlite + vermiculite and vermiculite + coarse sand were suitable for Sabina cutting propagation,Second was the perlite + vermiculite + coarse. The negatively correlation was seen between temperature,humidity and callus formation time of cuttings and germination time. The positive correlation was seen between temperature,humidity and survival rate and root growth. Among the indicators that impact the rooting,the temperature and humidity control and adjustment was the key factor. In the process of cutting breeding,create the suitable temperature and humidity conditions are of vital importance.
