内蒙古农村牧区农牧户土地流转影响因素研究——基于11个地区1332个农牧户的调查

Factors influencing the land transaction behavior for farmers in rural areas and pastureland of Inner Mongolia

基于2014年初内蒙古农村牧区实地调研数据,建立Logistic模型分析了内蒙古农牧户的土地流转行为及其影响因素。验证了这样一个问题:土地资源禀赋、兼业行为、家庭特征、社会保障、区域特征是否对内蒙古农村牧区农牧户土地流转行为具有显著影响?结果表明:家庭承包地总面积、土地肥沃度、亩均农业补贴、非农业总收入占总收入比重、土地流转管制、社会养老保险等因素会促进农牧户土地流转;而土地合作组织、土地经营权调整等变量对农牧户土地流转行为的影响并不显著。

Based on the survey data in rural and pastoral areas of Inner Mongolia at the beginning of 2014 and the Logistic model, farmer＇s land transaction behavior and the influencing factors were analyzed. The research proved that the contracted land area of family, land condition, agricultural subsidy, the proportion of non - agri- cultural income in total income, land transfer regulation, social endowment insurance etc. may promote the land transfer. And land cooperation organization, land management right adjusting variables have not significant influ- ence for land transfer behavior.
