Life cycle theory is an important method to analyze the impact of industrial environment, and it is one of the core research contents for industrial ecology. With the emerge and development of " low carbon tourism",the concept of tourist carbon footprint( TCF) was put forward by many scholars. In this research a model about life cycle analysis of tourist carbon footprint( TCF-LCA) was built combining the periodic characteristics of tourist activities and LCA theory, and an empirical analysis on Hebei Yesanpo scenic spot was taken. The conclusion shows that TCF-LCA model is a good method to measure and compare the tourist carbon footprint, and is a tool for low carbon tourism management. This measure method will be helpful to guide tourists' choice of low carbon tourism. At the same time it also has an important theoretical value and a reference meaning to the planning and construction of low carbon tourism destination and low carbon tourism product development.
