中西医结合治疗原发性高血压病的临床观察

Clinical observation of integrated Chinese and Western medicines in the treatment of primary hypertension

目的分析中西医结合治疗原发性高血压病的临床效果。方法 80例原发性高血压病患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组实施西医常规治疗,观察组给予中西医结合治疗。观察两组治疗效果及血压改善情况。结果治疗总有效率观察组95.0%,对照组77.5%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后血压均较治疗前明显改善,且观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗原发性高血压病效果满意,可改善患者血压情况。

ObjectiveTo analyze the clinical effect of integrated Chinese and Western medicines in the treatment of primary hypertension.MethodsA total of 80 primary hypertension patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received Western medicine for conventional treatment, and the observation group received integrated Chinese and Western medicines. Curative effects and blood pressure improvements of the two groups were observed. ResultsThe treatment total effective rate was 95.0% in the observation group, and 77.5% in the control group. The difference between the two group had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Both groups had improved blood pressure than that before treatment, and the observation group had better improvement than the control group （P〈0.05）.ConclusionIntegrated Chinese and Western medicines provide satisfactory effect in treating primary hypertension, and it improves patients’ blood pressure.
