Analysis on fault of rotor conducting bolt of 390H generator

390H发电机在国内投入运行后,转子导电螺钉出现故障的几率较高。结合现场鉴定、检修等工作,介绍了390H发电机集电环导电螺钉、主引线导电螺钉的结构特征,分析了故障原因,提出了具体的检修维护建议。

After the 390 H generators were put into operation at home,the fault probability of rotator conducting bolt was higher.Combining field evaluation and overhaul,the structure features of the collecting ring conducting bolt and the main lead conducting bolt of 390 H generator were introduced. The fault reasons were analyzed,and some concrete maintenance suggestions were proposed.
