摘要
以某热电厂机组选择性催化还原(SCR)法反应器为对象,采用计算流体力学软件对其整体布置结构烟气流场进行数值模拟分析。自行设计了系统导流装置,并分析了系统在锅炉最大连续蒸发量工况下烟气成分速度场、氨气质量分数分布和烟气压力降情况,评估了该反应器结构布置的特性。研究结果可为SCR中使用的反应器导流装置和喷氨格栅的设计和改进提供参考。
Taking the reactor of SCR system of the unit in a thermal power plant as study object,using the Computational fluid dynamics( CFD) software,numerical simulation analyis of the flue gas flow field of the reactor was carrid out. The guiding device of the system was designed by oneself. The flue gas contents and vilocity field,the ammonia mass fraction distribution and the flue gas pressure drop of the system under the boiler maximum continuos rating condition were analyzed. The features of the structural arrangement of the reactor was evaluated. The research results can be used as reference for design and improve-ment of the guiding dvice and the ammonia injection grid of the SCR reactor.
