摘要 该产品是一种在金属铜冶炼过程绿色环保、节省能源和降低操作工劳动强度的新技术产品,应用于铜阳极炉阳极铜浇注溜槽和浇铸包。以非氧化物为主要材质,采用特种工艺预制成整体,提高了阳极铜浇注溜槽和浇铸包的整体性,代替目前使用耐火砖和泥浆砌筑的阳极铜浇注溜槽和浇铸包,防止铜液的渗透和粘结以及清理粘渣时造成耐材破坏,大大提高了阳极铜浇注溜槽的使用寿命。包龄从目前的1次提高到120次以上。减少消耗,降低了资源浪费,大大减少了维修和烘烤的时间次数,节省了燃气量和降低劳动强度。 This is a new product for copper smelting industry, which has a character ofeco-friendly, energy saving and labor intensity reducing, applying on cast launder and ladle of copper anode-furnaee. Made with non-oxide material as its main material, and pre-casted with special rechnic, ir improves the integrity of cast launder and ladle in a copper anode-furnace. It can replace current cast launder and ladle made with refractory bricks and mortar, it can also prevent permeation and bonding of liquid copper, reduce the damage to refractory when cleaning slag. After adapting this product, lifetime of cast launder is greatly improved, lifetime of ladle improves from 1 time to more than 120 times. It also cut down the energy consumption and labor intensity by reducing frequency of furnace repairing and heating up.
