摘要
氧化铝生产工业中的铝酸钠溶液是一种混合溶液,根据拉乌尔定律,它在加热时具有沸点升高现象。由于铝酸钠溶液中含有的离子种类较多、溶液结构复杂,其沸点升高依数性较差,很难用理论公式直接计算沸点。本文设计了一套试验方案对铝酸钠溶液进行沸点测试,然后对测试数据进行数学拟合,得到了纯碱液、苛性比值为1.5和3.0三个条件下铝酸钠溶液浓度和沸点关系的经验公式。本文研究结果可以为氧化铝生产技术研究和设备设计提供参考。
Sodium alummate solution is a kind of mixed solution. According to the Raoult' s law, it' s boiling point will rise while heating. The solution has the complex construction and the kinds of ion species, so the rise of boiling point has the bad colligative properties. It is hard to calculate the boiling point use the theory forrmula directly. One testing program was designed to test the sodium aluminate solution' s boiling point of the alumina industry. The testing data was got through mathematical fitting and the empirical relation formula. There are three relation formulas, the pure sodium solution, aK=1.5 and aK=3.0. The results can be the reference of the alumina technical research and equipment design.
