保温型铝电解槽开发设计浅析

摘要 绝大多数能源是不可再生的,能源危机是世界性的,中国尤甚。伴随着我国国家能源结构的变化和限制三高产业政策的出台,借鉴国外同行业或其它行业提高热能利用效率和余热利用经验,优化开发设计新型铝电槽型势在必行。设计开发保温型电解槽能最大限度地降低热量散失,提高铝电解槽的热利用效率,达到节能降耗的目的。 It is known that most of energy can not be reused. Energy crisis is nowadays a common problem across the world, particularly, in China. With energy structure being upgraded and "three high industry" controlling policy implemented, it is time to design and develop new type electrolytic aluminum cells. Moreover, rich experiences have been accumulated on how to improve thermal using efficiency of thermal energy and residues in other sectors. Foreign counterparts also have expertise in this regard. All of these will be good reference. Thermal insulation electrolytic aluminum cells can prevent thermal loss to the maximum extent and reduce energy consumption signally.
