摘要
简要论述了废旧线路板回收的价值和意义,介绍了国外废旧线路板资源化处置先进技术的研究现状、存在的问题及产业化利用现状。针对我国传统回收工艺存在的环境污染和回收率低等问题,提出了废旧线路板有价金属无氰全湿和重金属协同回收理论,研发出"氧化-络合-还原"提取贵金属和协同回收铅锡银技术,实现了废旧电路板高效绿色资源综合利用。
The paper briefly reveals value and significance of recycling print circuit boards (PCBs) waste and introduces the research status, existing problems and industrialization of recycling PCBs waste in other countries. Regarding the problems caused by environmental pollution and low recovery rate of those conventional methods, it proposes a theory of recycling valuable metals based on complete non-cyanogens wet process and disposing heavy metals synergistically. The summary is that development of "oxidation-complexation-reduction" process is environmentally friendly. It can increase comprehensive use of PCBs wastes efficiently.
