摘要 本研究对Ti-6Al-4V大规格棒材锻造工艺进行了两种工艺对比性研究,以成品锻造在相变点以下10℃-50℃热.经2~3火次,变形量50%~70%,采用D×D操作法的工艺一将坯料锻成品;以成品锻造在相变点以下10℃~50℃加热,经2~3火次,变形量50%~70%,采用Y×Y操作法的工艺二将坯料锻成品,两种工艺生产的TC4钛合金中210mm棒材,各项指标均稳定的达到了目标要求;得出了工艺二较工艺一更为合理,更适合TC4钛舍金较大规格棒材的锻造。β处理可使β组织得到充分的细化。为棒材成品锻造创造了良好的条件.提出了优选的参数。 The paper states comparative study on two production processes of large-sized Ti-6-A1-4V rods. The first process is to heat the finished forgings under phase variable 10~50℃, after 2~3 times of fire, 50~70% of deformation, adopting D x D operation process. The second process is to heat the finished forgings under phase variable 10-50 ℃, after 2-3 times of fire, 50~70% of deformation, by Y x Y operation process. The two processes yields similar product, TC4 titanium alloy ~ 210 mm rod, both can meet requirements for stability and homogeneity. But process 2 seems more suitable for TC4 titanium alloy forged bar as Beta treatment can make beta organization fully detailed, which will create better conditions for the follow-up forging by presenting better parameters.
