This paper introduces the current status of the seats resources in the library of Jiangsu Normal University, expounds the measures adopted by the library of Jiangsu Normal University in the seats management, and puts forward a method for realizing the seats dispersion through establishing the specialized reading room with subject characteristics and other countermeasures for the rational use of the seats.
