重大科技项目专家评审中德尔菲法的适用性研究

Applicability Study of Delphi Method in the Expert Evaluation of Significant Science & Technology Project

从重大科技项目专家评审的现有评审模式、评审需求和评审趋势3个方面,分析了德尔菲法在重大科技项目专家评审中的适用性问题,在得出适用结论的基础上,进一步介绍了具体的操作步骤。

Objective： To provide reference for improving the quality of the Journal of Chinese Applied Clinical Peadiatrics through analyzing the papers published in the Journal of Chinese Applied Clinical Peadiatrics from 2008 to 2012. Methods：To collect the bibliography of the Journal of Chinese Applied Clinical Peadiatrics published in the period of 2008--2012 from Chinese Biological Medicine Database （CBMD）, and by using the bibliometric method,to carry out a statistical analysis on the time distribution,units distribution,authors distribution, authors cooperation, units＇ cooperation, high-frequency keywords, high-frequency thematic words and other indicator. Result： From 2008 to 2012, 3 459 papers were published in the Journal of Chinese Applied Clinical Peadiatrics, and the average length of each paper was increased year by year. 13 870 authors were involved, and each paper contained more than 4 authors and 1.45 units. Keywords and thematic words were complied with the journal＇s theme. From 2008 to 2010, 1 131 papers were cited that occupied about 62% of the total papers published in this journal. Conclusion： From 2008 to 2012,the selection of the papers were more targeted, developing toward the direction of the form of the papers was various, and the citation frequency more rationality ,the quantitative analysis was more adopted, of the papers was more and more.
