This paper expounds the organization status of Boston library alliance, including an overview of the literature information resources of the libraries in Boston area and the organizational structure of Boston library alliance, and introduces the advanced experiences of Boston library alliance in order to provide a reference for the information resource sharing of university towns in our country.
