退火对超纯铁素体不锈钢焊接热影响区组织、性能的影响

摘要 利用热模拟试验机研究了退火对一种超纯铁素体不锈钢(板厚12 mm)焊接热影响区微观组织以及室温冲击韧性的影响。结果发现,热轧退火后的铁素体形貌由长条状转变为等轴状;与热轧态相比,在相同焊接热模拟条件下,退火态试样晶粒尺寸较大,但室温冲击功得到明显改善。 The effects of annealing on microstructure and impact toughness of welding heat affected zone (WHAZ) in an ultra-pure ferritic stainless steel have been investigated by thermal simulation testing machine. The resuhs show that the morphology of ferrite Iransformed from granular to strip after the annealing treatment. In contrast with hot rolling, samples after annealing have a larger grain size, but their impact toughness at room temperature, obviously improves at the sanle welding thermal simulation conditions.
