摘要
设计一套锥齿轮结合偏心杠杆的一套传动系统,实现由电机转动作为输入端、输出端沿直线上下摆动的运动,摆动角度为±20°,输出端所能承受的阻力矩Mt=500sin(ωt)tgθN·m。在完成结构设计后经过样机实验,系统在规定工作条件下工作1 h,偏心杠杆输出端能够按照预期完成上下摆动,左右振幅小于1 mm。实验证明该传动系统运行稳定可靠,符合预期要求。
This paper designs a transmission system combined with bevel gears and a eccentric lever, realized by the motor rotation as the input, and output moveing up and down along the straight line. Swings angle for plus or minus 20 degree. The output can bear resistance moment as Nm. After the structure design is finished, the prototype experiences for 1 hours in terms of working condition. The output of the eccentric lever can swing up and down as expected, and the left and right amplitude is less than lmm. It is verified that the transmission system is stable and reliable, consistent with the expected.
