无料钟高炉炉顶均压放散系统设计与思考

Design and Consideration of Equalizing-defusing System of Blast Furnace with Bell-less Top

阐述了高炉无料钟炉顶均压放散系统几种设计方式的优缺点,分析了目前均压放散煤气回收利用技术的可行性及优缺点,并提出了一种新的炉顶均压放散煤气回收工艺。

The advantages and shortcomings are described in this paper for pressure relief system of blast furnace with bell-less top along with the current state of the growing importance of environmental protection, the feasibility and dvantages and shortcomings of the current grading diffuse gas recycling technology are analysised. Meanwhile, a new diffuse gas recovery process of top equalizing-defusing system is proposed in this paper.
